LEARN TO MAKE IT

Not so long ago fermenting foods wasn't something people did for fun, it was their only way of preserving food. With refrigeration and other means of preserving our foods, we have gotten away from this practice. Unfortunately it has become a lost art that has really affected our health. We need fermented foods in our daily diets!
I have noticed so many changes in my families health since we have started consuming these beautiful foods on a daily basis. I feel so strongly about how important it is to consume these foods that I want to share my passion and help others begin to make these delicious, nutritious, and probiotic foods in their own kitchen. I host regular classes in my home and I am also willing to travel to local businesses and homes to do presentations on how easy it is to begin fermenting.
